Rewards not being added to account

hello for genlast while (over a year now I think) I get my rewards update emails but it's always 0. It tells me my lifetime rewards but never any new rewards. When I sign in with the associated email to my gamer tag it ask someone me to sign up for rewards
but then tells me I don't dont have a Xbox live account. The email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and the gamer tag is jontalope. There was an old email that I changed in the account a sign I logged in on one day and it was signed into a different gamer tag with no info like
it auto created and new account. The old email was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

Reward points not being added to account

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

hi my reward points I earn for game purchases haven’t been added to my account for over 4 yrs the last lot of points to be added to my account was from a gta shark card in 2014

We see that the jontalope gamertag still is associated with your "old" email. This account (FlaredCrib198) was the one created for your the email you claim is associated with the jontalope gamertag. Therefore, your Rewards emails with your recent Credit
gains are being sent to your "old" email.

Yea, they changed it from an email to your reward being automatically added to your account after the switch to Microsoft Rewards.

Keep in mind that our system takes up to 96 hours to receive and process new information.The last purchase we see on your account is for a consumable in February; however, pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards. Additionally,
we calculate payback as a monthly whole and place it as pending by midway through the following month, so it would be to early to see MyVIP payback for April purchases.
