Rewards not been give for pre-order games

just gone to check if I have been given the punch on my pre-order in my rewards I’ve been given 1 out of the 3 which was for Assassins creed origins but not for the sim 4 or Star Wars battlefront 2 and I had them all pre-order and paid for
before they came out please can you help me sort it out Xbox

I am missing Xbox Rewards points for my pre-order of Halo Wars 2, how do I go about getting them?

I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 on January 3rd and my rewards page has not given me credit for doing so. Was my pre-order done too soon to count towards my rewards?

Pre-order Bonus Confusion

I have been told that pre-order bonus do not count as rewards credits. SO if I purchase 2 pre-orders out of 3 in a b onus period, I get no rewards ds credit for that, ever. That doesn't make sense. That penalizes someone who pre-orders games. Please
explain.

You'll need to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you. Keep in mind that if you preordered the games before the offer became available on October 1, they would not be eligible.

depends on the game the pre-order stuff is for and what that content is...but, its the story of gaming, make something a reward for pre-ordering the game, give it 90 days then sell it to everyone else that wants it

We see that you have been awarded your keys for this offer. However, as stated in the FAQ, Credits are not awarded until the end of the sweepstakes:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Pre-orders have not been a part of MyVIP Rewarding since the introduction of the program in September 2014. The only way to earn Credits for pre-order purchases is through different variations of pre-order offers we have done, with the most consistent of
those offers being the Games on Demand digital pre-order offer.

In all fairness, a lot of games give pre-order incentives now. Both good and bad. Borderlands 2 is offering a coliseum (like Borderlands but with xp and loot rewards) and a whole 5th character class just for pre-ordering.
