Rewards Mission not completing.

I pre-ordered three of the required games for the Rewards mission "Punch it up with digital pre-orders" but the mission shows as incomplete even though the list states that three titles were pre-ordered. I pre-ordered WWE 2K17, Dragonball Xenoverse 2, and
Skyrim SE as shown in screenshot.



The objective for this mission though only shows that two titles are counting towards the mission's completion as shown in second screenshot.



I was wondering why this mission hasn't completed even though the list says it should be.

From the FAQ:

Featured Monthly Missions

This includes our featured monthly offer on the site (past examples include Xbox University and XOXO Rewards; these offers usually feature separate Rewards Credits amounts for buying select content, avatar items, and completing achievements, plus an extra bonus
for completing all of the steps).

FREEdom Rewards is not a featured monthly mission.

 

Freedom Rewards "Free Ride" Mission - Did Not Receive Credit for April 2018

I did not receive the 1,000 Rewards Credits and 2 MyVIP gems for completing the "free ride" mission under Freedom Rewards for the month of April. I played Lies of Astaroth, Tera and Fable Fortune for more than 5 hours each to claim the reward.
However, my account was not credited for completing this.

That page displays all purchases you make and marks them as "You pre-ordered" regardless of whether it was a pre-order or purchased post-release. Since your purchase of Skyrim was made after release and was not a pre-order, it was not eligible for a punch.
