Rewards missing since June 30

Purchased a bunch of games during the Ultimate game sale starting june 30 and still havent gotten the credit cash back on the account. I am a lvl 2 star. It doesnt even show it under pending. Its been a week

Not receiving reward credits

From our Terms and Conditions:

E. Rewards Credits Restrictions

1. Program Limit: The maximum number of Rewards Credits a participant can earn in a Program Year (July 1 to June 30) is 500,000.

Since your Credit amount last program year (July 2016 - June 2017) was above this amount, you were not earning Credits recently. Since the program year just refreshed, you should start seeing Credits again for your purchases.

We responded to your post at (Rewards Still Broken). However, we see that you
have been accumulating Credits since May. You can see all your Credit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see those credits pending.

You only get reward points for games made available in the last 30 days. As Fifa was made available to preorder back in JUNE you wont get any points for it

Only purchases made in your Rewards Account region's currency are eligible for Rewards. Since you have been purchasing with Canadian dollars, and your account was a US Rewards Account, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. Your purchases since enrolling
as a Canadian Rewards member on June 5th are the only purchases eligible for Rewards.
