    Ive been a rewards member since 2010. Recently when i checked my rewards. It said i was not a VIP and didnt have any star rewards. So in turn when i got my refund instead of giving me the bonus it gave me just the no star money back. Can someone please help
    me solve this problem?

    Hello Leafaniac,

    Unfortunately, we can only Reward purchases made while being a Rewards member. Any purchases made before being a Rewards Member are not eligible for Rewards.

    Hello AllegroSpy25489,

    We see that you are not a Rewards member. In order to earn Xbox Live Rewards Credits, you must be a Xbox Live Rewards member.

    Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you are not eligible for any Rewards.

    That offer is only available to select Rewards members. So you would have had to be a Rewards member before the purchase in order to be eligible for the offer.
    It prompted me to apply to be a rewards member. Plus you have to buy an Xbox One S to be eligible, so it wouldn't just be for selected rewards members.
