Rewards Member Since 2012

Discus and support Rewards Member Since 2012 in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; been a member of rewards since 2012 and have made purchases since then but no points or stars have been added to my rewards.     been a member of rewards since 2012 and have made purchases since then but no points or stars have been added to my rewards. Just curious to know why am i missing something???

    Xbox rewards points

    I have been a member of xbox rewards since October 2012 and I have not gotten any of the Microsoft points. Can someone help?

    I AM a rewards member. I second-guessed myself, when I read your post. So, I just checked. When I went to the rewards site, this is what it said "Rewards member since: 01-25-2012"

    Soooo....I will follow your advice, and re-post this problem in the Rewards Forum!

    Hello BloodSpartan112,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Unable to log into Xbox Live Rewards

    Hello UFeelnItMrKrabs,

    Since you are not a Rewards member, you cannot log in to the Rewards website. As the informative site states, since we are transitioning into Microsoft Rewards, the Xbox Live Rewards site is no longer accepting new members.

    Since you are not a Rewards member, you did not receive any Credits. Only Rewards members are eligible for Rewards.
