Rewards member since 2011, still nothing...

I've been a Rewards member since 2011. I had trouble, never got my Microsoft points. I tried talking with support after they swapped to $$ from MP. They said according to the statement, the rewards were deposited, but go to my account and there's nothing.
Jump ahead a few years, and STILL NOTHING! My friend is bragging about getting thousands of points a week. I go check my rewards, only 750 points from a few surveys. My history? Lifetime Credits Earned: 9,550, Lifetime Microsoft Points Earned: 1,520... SO
WHERE ARE MY POINTS?!?!

Since 2011 live rewards, many buys taken, and only 2500 points ? **** is this ?

Rewards not consistent or rewarding

I have been a member of Xbox live since 2006 & Rewards since 2011. I have been pre-ordering games since Xbox one release. Almost daily I am on my xbox. Yet I been 1 star. My purchases, where are they in my reward history?

It doesn't seem rewarding when the things I do is still not showing up.

 

Your lifetime credits earned would be the total amount of credits you have earned since the program converted to currency in 2003. That number includes any credits that are currently pending as well as any that have already been deposited. Your statement
on the MyRewards section of the site would list when any deposits took place. If the 750 credits you mentioned are listed as pending, then you've already had 8,800. You can verify deposits by checking your refunds at Sign in to your Microsoft account. 8,800 credits
would be a total deposit of $8.80USD.

 

But that's the problem... Nothing was ever deposited... I havent received a single Microsoft point, or cent, from the rewards program!

You can review deposits as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they are listed as a refund with a negative amount. You can use this page in conjunction with your MyStatement
to confirm deposits as currency. For example, your last Microsoft Points deposit of 30 back in August 7th 2013 was spent on a purchase of Halo 4 Champions Bundle on November 5th 2013. Your last Rewards Credits deposit back in May 27 2015 was spent on Fallout: New
Vegas on June 23rd, 2015.

Regarding earning Credits, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration
every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero
star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
