Rewards Level Reset?

it seems as if somehow my rewards rank has reset. I have over 75000 rewards credits earned, but am showing VIP rank 1?? Seems like something is wrong, and I know I was atleast VIP lvl 2. Thanks.

Borderlands 2

Apologies if this is not the right place to ask this questions. Please let me know if his is the case.

Anyway.
If I am level 10 in borderlands 2 and play a side mission and get a reward. Will this reward be the same regardless of your level? For example, would I get the same reward if I played the mission at level 15 instead?

no yolo level 1 and 3 - level 2 i got

Hi, i completed level 1,2 and 3 from the YOLO reward program. But i only have got level 2 reward. Why not the other rewards?!

Ranks reset each year. They were just reset on January 1. In order to keep your level, you need to spend either the same amount or more each year.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Based on your purchases from September 2015 December 2016, you were placed at your current rank at the beginning of 2017. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Yeah this happened to me when Gears first came out... also lost my campaign data so had to start again
