    Feb. 2017 there was an email that i got about spending $175 and it would add an extra star, i spent over $200, and when i got my rewards in March it said i got nothing for February. (Update) I got $18 for march but I'm still missing February and it was
    suppose to make it 5 stars, and that would make it still missing rewards for march... I would to get this solved.

    Hello BraveSir Paul,

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program. You would have to contact their support team via the Microsoft Rewards page for assistance with any Microsoft Rewards issues.

    If pre-orders were part of the $200 in purchases then those would not be eligible and could be the cause of the confusion. The promotion still abides by MyVip rules which state that pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscription purchases are ineligible.

    If your purchases were all not one of the categories above then the staff will have to review your account and reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:



    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards program issues. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue, which is a separate program. You would have to contact their support for assistance with this issue, via a link

    Live rewards became MS rewards. So they are the ones you have to contact.

    Xbox Rewards support still posts here and still assists with Xbox Rewards issues. Since his issue is an Xbox Rewards program issue, he needs to wait for a response from support here. Microsoft Rewards support will not be able to assist.

    Hello STRETCH 0891,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    Points aren't diposited instantly. I believe they are put into your account the 15th and the last of each month.
