Rewards Issue

I have been an xbox rewards member for a number of years, and recently I changed my region from UK to US. Ever since I changed my region, I have not obtained any xbox rewards credits other than the monthly 250 for completing the survey. I have completed
various of the tasks they have monthly in order to obtain additional credits and none have been credited to my account. I have also spent a considerable amount over the past month pre-ordering and buying games, and yet my VIP rank has not been updated to take
this into account.

Can someone check if my change in Region has impacted my rewards program?

Apologies for the confusion. There was an issue with MyVIP last month that caused us to delay the payback for purchases in September. We recently awarded this delayed payback, which is why some users are seeing Credits that have been pending since September
30th. You should receive these Credits with the end of the month deposit.

As Smwutches says, the button to request a deposit has been removed since you have already been scheduled for a deposit.

When you migrated your Xbox region did you opt out of the Rewards program and re-reigster? If not, your Rewards region would still be set for the UK so the program would be looking for your purchases to be made in the UK, not the US so they would not be
eligible.

Since you registered and created a British Rewards Account, only your purchases made with that region's currency (GBP) is eligible for Rewards. Purchases made with a different regional currency are not eligible for Rewards. Additionally, your spending in
a different region will cause your deposits to be prevented due to a mismatch between your Rewards Account region and your Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account
region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your British Rewards Account attempts a deposit GBP, it will be unable complete since your Microsoft Account will only accept USD.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (
https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post
after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.
