Rewards issue with Assassins Creed Origins Punch Card Challenge - Missing 6000 points

Hello Team ,

I've been having a trouble with my MS Rewards points. Can you please assist? SR ID is 1402686845 and I also have SRX1403548135ID - Basically I am waiting on 6,000 points from completing the Assassins Punch Card challenge on 10/27. I've been attempting
to get support on this since 10/27, and technical support finally got back to me today, only to tell me that this forum is the way to get my issue resolved and not through normal microsoft support.

Are you able to help me? This has been incredibly frustrating. I have spent two weeks trying to get this resolved.

Not getting Reward Points

I purchased the Deluxe Edition of Assassin's Creed Origins, to get the 6000 points for the punch card, but have not received the points. The punch card doesn't even acknowledge that I made the purchase.

I tried completing the assassins creed origins punch card the only part that it is not saying that I completed is buying the game. I did buy the game as a digital download just like the punch card states. it also states to buy a version of assassins creed
origins not a specific one just a version. I sent an email and was told that I bought the wrong version. so because I spent more money than I needed to I will not get my rewards for it. I feel this is wrong as I got a pack with my purchase I should still be
entitled to the points and punch card completion 6000 points is quite a bit and that was the only reason for me buying the game online as a download. I really hope we can get this resolved in a positive manner and way as I really enjoy xbox and the rewards
but do no enjoy getting fooled or screwed.

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

 

Thanks. I've just tried that as well. I feel like I'm going in circles here. One group says they can't help so they send me to the next one. Round and round we go.
