Rewards help

Hi I don't think my rewards are being deposited properly, any help would be greatly appreciated. P.s happy new year

Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

New to me. I'm not in the preview program yet haven't had someone invite me yet, but that's good to know. They should reward those that help the most, why not reward the ones that help test stuff out.

 

Will I like Overwatch if I generally don't like online FPS?

one thing i like is how it feels rewarding even doing assist damage, showing you helped eliminate a player

 

If you scroll down on the My Rewards page, it says "Temporary Delay in Deposits", they are working on it, not sure how long it will take.

 

By 'temporary' do they mean the last 18 months? Because that's how long it's been since I last had a deposit.

 

Same here, My Vip Star Rank not registered properly since 2015. tried posting on this forum but for some reason my question has disappeared! tried getting call back about this on two occasions , never received one. now just says join even though ive been
a member since 2013. Just got off customer service number about this, was told its not there department and that there was no phone department that could deal with this (she also said I wasn't the only one contacting her about this today!) Easily a 5 star
rank though getting credit as not even one for this length of time, with no actual support sucks.

 

lol, I have requested a deposit and will post back if it works.

 

I have the same problem mine is only 5 months but they keep telling me to go to the forums but they don't do anything I might as well switch to PlayStation they would help with this type of situation.
