My account shows that I have had

Lifetime Credits Earned: 41,250

I have never seen rewards come from this and was directed to you to have this looked at and resolved

:)

 

Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

New to me. I'm not in the preview program yet haven't had someone invite me yet, but that's good to know. They should reward those that help the most, why not reward the ones that help test stuff out.

 

Will I like Overwatch if I generally don't like online FPS?

one thing i like is how it feels rewarding even doing assist damage, showing you helped eliminate a player

You have received multiple deposits that total up to this amount. You can review all Credit events (including deposits) from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then verify these deposits from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).
For example, your last deposit occurred on October 12th.
