Rewards haven't deposited in 3 years...

I have been a rewards member since 2013 and I have never recieved a deposit. I have around 288,000 points racked up. This is getting ridiculous. The system needs to get fixed, or you guys need to find another way to give the rewards money back... Codes,
Gift Cards, Something.... This is getting frustrating and has really been a waste of time. Worst 'promotion' ever....

I have over 13,000 rewards points and they haven't been deposited in my account. I had the same problem 2 years ago.

I know that I have purchased quite a few things via LIVE, but no deposits have been made for quite some time. Can someone please look into this.?

Unfortunately, we have not yet received a resolution for your deposit error from the team working on that issue. While they have made recent progress, they have not yet been able to deploy a full resolution for this issue. In the meanwhile, we are researching
alternative methods we can take with the tools available to us, but until this other team provides their fix, the error will persist on your account. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this issue is causing.
