Rewards have not been converted into currency so I can purchase Far Cry 5

MY 15000 Rewards have only had 5000 converted into currency.I was waiting for the 30th of the month to purchase the gold edition of Far cry 5,as my rewards should have been available today

Rewards not cnverted as they should be

I have 15000 rewards available but only 5000 have been deposited.I was waiting for the 30th for my rewards to be deposited as currency so I could purchase FAR CRY 5 .PLEASE HELP I REALLY WANT TO BUY THIS GAMES GOLD EDITION BUT REFUSE TO UNLESS THIS IS SORTED
OUT.

Gem to credit conversion rate

Hello ohno itstheCoPz,

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.

For help with the rewards program, its best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the
1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. There is no offer for 6000 Points for Far Cry 5. Also, Points are the Microsoft Rewards currency, so it sounds like you are asking about that program. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we
are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

Unfortunately, you have to purchase an Xbox One X and/or Far Cry 5 DURING the promotion period in order to receive the rewards points.

Sorry but GS cannot be converted to currency. The only thing that has recently been converted to currency is MS Points. However, you can sign up for Xbox Rewards at
http://rewards.xbox.com/. Once you get past a certain amount of GS you will see a reward gained for purchases made. For example, once you reach 3,000 GS you will get 50 rewards credits for
every $10 you spend.

I have the same problem, I ordered online Far cry 5 Gold.

And redeem the code on my laptop on my account.

So now on my xbox ready to download the game, there is only Far cry 5...

The gold edition is not shown as purchased.

But in my purchase/billing list on my account Far Cry 5 Gold is shown....

Very strange...
