Rewards Gift card $$ Did not Come Through

Discus and support Rewards Gift card $$ Did not Come Through in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i got a rewards card of $5 and i entered the code and nothing happened so i went to check my money and it was still the same so please help me....     i got a rewards card of $5 and i entered the code and nothing happened so i went to check my money and it was still the same so please help me.

    Rewards Points to change Gamertag?

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Rewards points can only be used to redeem gift cards through the Rewards program, not to be used to make purchases on Live. You would
    need to save up enough to redeem an Xbox gift card and then use the money from that gift card.

    The gift card would be automatically deposited into your account. There is currently no way to transfer a gift card to another account through Rewards.
