    I pre-ordered Ghost Recon yesterday only to discover that there is yet another promotion where I could get rewards points for my purchase, had only I signed up! Can this be applied retrospectively?

    Only purchases made in your Rewards Account region's currency are eligible for Rewards. Since you have been purchasing with Canadian dollars, and your account was a US Rewards Account, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. Your purchases since enrolling
    as a Canadian Rewards member on June 5th are the only purchases eligible for Rewards.

    not getting credit for one game I think its For Honor

    Hello Deaven4,

    We can only Reward purchases made while being a Rewards member. Since your purchase of For Honor was made outside the Rewards program, we cannot Reward that purchase.

    Hello Kaladan UK,

    Unfortunately, this offer (Simply Rewarding) is unique in that it requires you to opt in before you can begin progressing the offer. If you made your purchase before opting in, it would not be eligible for the offer.
