Discus and support Rewards for pre-order ? Help please in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I Pre ordered a game in Nov. and did not receive rewards , which I believe were about 15,000 points.     Rewards for pre-order ? Help please


    I Pre ordered a game in Nov. and did not receive rewards , which I believe were about 15,000 points. The same thing happened with pre-order of Xbox one X and S ,also some xbox live gold renewals . "Yes," I am a member of Xbox live rewards and have been for

    Sea of Thieves Pre-Order didn't count towards punch card on missions

    I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves through the digital Xbox store on my console and it never counted towards my punch card for the 3 pre-order mission towards the 15,000 rewards credits. Please help.

    Did you only preorder 1 game? In order to receive the 15,000 credits you had to preorder 3 games (it was the same offer as the current Games on Demand punchcard just with different games).

    There are generally no offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware so there were no offers to receive credits for preordering the X or S. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    There is rewards for 6 months of gold consecutively and I have bought 12 month golds over the years where there were rewards for , I have had gold consecutively for 7 years , only receiving rewards once for 12months of gold and once
    for 6 months consecutively if that . I have been a member of this program from the beginning and it seemed to work alright the first year then it had gotten sporatic for me , The surveys would not come up even , or games you played in the free to play rewards
    I was not rewarded for like World of tanks etc... This was on 360 it then seem to not show up at all , I thought maybe they ended the program so went to internet explorer on the 360 found it was still there but it did not show me as a member and ask me to
    join again , so I joined and it showed I was already a member , showed the old stats. But there was nothing I could do , It would just keep asking me to join.When I thought I was working on a mission , then nothing for it. just sighn up and join . Then
    before I got the Xbox 1 last september earlier this year it would show up on the home of 360 sometimes , I could click on that for the Xbox live rewards program and my stuff came up. it seem to work better but not much , couldn't really get the points in the
    program or gain anything. Once I had gotten the Xbox one it was better but still not receiving all the points etc... And yes there was something rewarded for the preorder of the XBOX ONE X that I remember , also The game I preordered was not under the preorder
    mission now. It may not have 15,000 points but it had a reward. These are the reasons why I am upset and that I did not receive the rewards for it and for the consecutive 6 month golds and the 12 month golds prior to that when they had that as a reward and
    I think your date is wrong . Dispit all that there are things without a doubt that I was not rewarded for and the Xbox live rewards program has been inconvenient and flawed , it will be nice when they merge it with the former Bing rewards now Microsoft rewards
    for it works much better though not perfect . This is the first time I have come to Xbox forums for help and I end up feeling I have to defend myself. When ever I have gone to Microsofts customer service or almost any other companies customer service
    for help they send you from place to place and you would spend many hours trying to solve a simple problem , in the end the problem would almost never be solved and the lack of knowledge with customer service is horrible in most cases . Customer service sent

    problems the the less money they are spending over the long run. For example if a gamer isn't gaming because he is trying to solve problems he is not spending money on the next game , he is still playing the last game . Which in turn increases the cost of

    The reward for keeping gold for 6 months is to receive gems. That offer just started on October 1, so it would be too early to be able to receive the gems for that offer. As long as you keep gold through April, you will receive those gems.

    As far as the 15,000 credit offer, I am sure about the date. The only offer running in November for preorders was another games on demand punchcard. In order to qualify you had to preorder 3 of the eligible games. Preordering 1 game would not have been enough
    to complete the offer and receive the credits. If you do want support to check it again for you, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

    Microsoft does not run the rewards program which is why regular Xbox support has to send you to the forums. The Xbox Rewards Questions support forum and Twitter are the only places to receive support for the program.

    Hi Hurlamania. You pre-ordered Forza 7 on August 29, 2017. The offer started on September 18th. You qualified for the plays, but the pre-order was not eligible for the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders had to be made during the offer period for the Rewards Credits.
