Rewards for pre order and purchase

so during the month of March there were two promotions one for spending more than $60+ dollars before March 31st and the other for pre ordering mass effect before March 31. I completed both of these and am wondering when I can expect to see the rewards credit
(6000 for the spending and 15000 for the pre order) to appear on my rewards portal?

Points not showing.

I have pre-ordered Sea of Thieves a few weeks ago and have not received rewards points for the pre-order. Do purchases from the xbox store not count towards rewards?

 

I've bought 2 several games under microsoft store, but they are not under MyVIP and reward points

Purchases from the MicrosoftStore.com are not eligible for MyVIP. The only way to currently get Rewards for those purchases is from our MicrosoftStore.com pre-order offer. That offer awards pre-order purchases with Credits which appear as pending 15 days
after the shipment date.

 

For help with the Rewards program it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The credits from the 6,000 credit offer should show as pending about 96 hours after you made the purchase as long as you opted in for the offer first.

For the 15,000 credit offer, you need 2 other eligible preorders to complete the offer and the credits will be given after all 3 games have been released.

 

so I hear you on the 15000, doesn't look like I'm gonna get that bonus, however the 6000 has still not showed up on my pending section and I definitely followed all the links and ordered the game online through the offer so if I don't get it that will be
frustrating.
