Rewards for Missions Not Working

I have posted this before but not gotten a response. I pre-ordered 2 games that were eligible for the 15,000 rewards points and I never received those points. I spoke with a representative because I was confused on how to preorder in order to receive those
points since the games also said they came with a $10 Microsoft gift card. They told me to preorder through the xbox store to get the points so that is what I did. Please help! I wouldn't have dropped $120 if I wasn't going to get those points. I was also
going to buy more but not now as the rewards are not working.

Violent Duct & No Hay Bronca money reward dropped

i tried hitting the RT after another mission last night, just a $1k reward one to see if it works, and the RT isn't working anymore to restart. Some missions you can still VOTE to replay tho.

Is the RT to restart thing working for anyone today?

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

Sorry, but in order to qualify for that offer, the games have to be preordered from microsoftstore.com (as a rewards member, you would receive the credits instead of the gift card). Digital orders from the Xbox store are not eligible. Unfortunately, phone
and chat support don't handle the rewards program and do not have correct information regarding promotions. This forum and Twitter are the only places to receive assistance for the program.

indicated by our FAQ:

Any pre-ordered, hard-copy (disc) game from the Microsoft Store for Xbox One or Xbox 360 will qualify, as long as the order is received before the title release date and the game ships before the end of the offer. You will only receive one Reward per title,
for a maximum of three titles total during the offer period.

Since your purchase was not made in this manner, it was not eligible for this offer.

Try clearing the console cache, log out of your account and log in again, sometimes some rewards missions bug me too, logging out and back into the rewards program sometimes works too.
