rewards for games

Hi. Do you get reward points if you purchase games from your online store? I thought you used to for some reason but I'm not sure if I've had any for years. You should really get something for online purchases or lower the price in general as the cost for
digital games is extortionate, even those that are 3 three years old and have successors out.

Freedom Rewards Trove Dragon Coins.

I joined the rewards program and tried to get in on the deal for the dragon coin rewards on the game Trove, but the rewards page says I do not own the game. On the rewards page it says "Download Now" instead of "Claim Reward" for playing the game. If I try
and download the game, it just says that I already own the product but it still wont let me earn the reward. I am wondering how to fix this.

Most offers for earning credits are only for digital purchases made through the Xbox store. There is only 1 offer for receiving credits for purchasing elsewhere.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

While you are a one star member, we do not see any recent purchases from the Xbox store that would award payback.

The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

That's correct, you do not receive reward points for purchasing game add-ons. You will only receive reward points for purchasing full games.

In the case of Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, the game was released on March 25, 2023. If you purchased the game before March 25, you may have received reward points. However, if you purchased the game after March 25, you will not receive reward points.

In the case of Destiny 2 Lightfall, the game will be released on August 24, 2023. If you purchase the game before August 24, you may receive reward points. However, if you purchase the game after August 24, you will not receive reward points.

If you want to make sure you receive reward points for purchasing a game, you can check the Xbox rewards page before making your purchase. The rewards page will display all games that award reward points.

Here are some tips to get reward points for purchasing games:

Buy new and popular games. New, popular games typically award more reward points than older or less popular games.

Buy games on the Xbox Store. Games purchased from the Xbox Store earn more reward points than games purchased from other stores.

Buy games with an Xbox Game Pass subscription. Games purchased with an Xbox Game Pass subscription also earn reward points.

The 9365 is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. Gamerscore is earned by getting achievements in games. Rewards credits are earned by completing offers in the Rewards program.
