    HI there, I have spent over 700 dollars on games downloaded since i bought the xbox one. Why do I only have 1000 Credits and why am I only a three star vip? Never mind that I've bought over 200 games in total with my account .... is the
    rewards a scam or just not being tracked properly on my account.?

    other ways than rewards?

    Xbox live reward programs gives you free points for playing and buying games.

    Hey,

    one simple question...I hope ;-)

    I got a email for the rewards when buying games. By buying games you get rewards...

    It says to get max 60000 rewards buy Rare Replay, Forza 6, GOW, Halo5 and Tombraider

    I got 3 already, First 3.But on my account page it says only Forza 6...

    Buying disc version doesn't count? The XB1 can see I have playes the games, In my profile page it even states the achievements.
    So why no rewards?
    Hope somebody can fix this.

    My assumption much like other promotions within the rewards app is that it would need to be purchased clicking through the promotion and buying within the Xbox store. The terms of service does not explicitly explain this either but
    since there is no way to input your console purchase as a viable means to obtain the rewards it would stand that the only way to receive the rewards points are to follow its specific link and buy a new one x within the Xbox store. This same issue has happened
    with me on several occurrences with games I have recently purchased and later a reward is set for buying the game but I have no way to redeem them as I purchased the game previously and not through the rewards application.

    Free is free. Why would you buy games just for the rewards program? I can remember when games had no achievements or perks besides well, Playing the Game and having fun. You Don't have to join the rewards program or purchase games. (Gold is optional
    along with the Rewards) GOOD LUCK!!!
