Rewards email issue

Discus and support Rewards email issue in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have been reporting this for years and yet still no one cares to fix the issue, every reward email I get has the message: There seems to be an issue...     I have been reporting this for years and yet still no one cares to fix the issue, every reward email I get has the message:

    There seems to be an issue with you account. Please reach out to our support forum team

    Every time I reach out I get told there is a problem with the account your end and I cannot do anything to fix it, but then no one at Microsoft actions the report and fixes the issue and all that happens it the forum post gets locked

    Please could someone fix this, you know what the problem is and it is a joke that this has been ongoing for so long!

    I've had the exact same issue for going on two years now. It's beyond pathetic that it hasn't been resolved in this time, and that MS don't seem to be the slightest bit interested in resolving the problem.

    Because of this and other customer service issues, I've switched to PS4 as my main console now.

    there you go I get the same response to this question iin support, they are looking into it with no estimate of when it will be fixed, which after so long is pathetic

    I'm not having an issue sending emails to the rewards department. I'm on my 25th email to the rewards department.

    I having an issue with the rewards department understanding my issue So that it can be fixed.

    Or getting them to respond back to a email.

    Rewards department has not been properly trained. 😑
