    Rewards don't seem to be adding up


    So for the past while I've not paid much detail to my rewards except when I read an email detailing how much or little it seems I've earned. From what I can tell a lot of my digital purchases don't seem to have registered nor have I gotten the points for
    them. Can someone shed some light on this for me please?

    My Reward points don't seem to be updating,

    My VIP and rewards don't seem to be updating. Over the past year it's always stated 0 on my rewards credits. And it tells me I deposited 0? Anyone have same issue

    Rewards don't seem to be adding up

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Hello DoleMonkey,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. You were then placed into the relevant MyVIP rank with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Since most of your recent purchases have been either in-game consumables or pre-orders that were not eligible for any special offers off the MyMissions page, they were not eligible for any Credit Rewards.

    i have been chasing this 1.5 billion OD kills on Sunset, but it seems am doing something wrong as i don't see my kills adding up, do they only add up if your playing chaos squad?

    Xbox Live Rewards Present in Birthmonth.

    Seems that rewards are being a tad slow to add as pending this month however on the rewards support forum (where I suggest posting next time) suggests they are being calculated and will be added and/or deposited on the 15th.

    Don't get too excited by the way, it's only 20msp.
