Rewards dont came to me

    My problem still not resolved. I bought a game 3 month ago. But any credits came to me. What i need to do to resolve this ?

    It can take up to 96 hours for credits to show as pending for surveys. So if you took it yesterday it's too early to see those credits pending.

    There was an offer early September to receive credits for preordering Battlefield. Other than that, there have not been any offers to receive credits just for that game.

    Hello Enzo2452,

    Since you pre-ordered Battlefield in October, it would not be eligible for offer or MyVIP credits. We did have a Battlefield offer, but that was in the first week of September.

    Since you pre-ordered Battlefield in October, it would not be eligible for offer or MyVIP credits. We did have a Battlefield offer, but that was in the first week of September.
