Rewards doesn't count my lst purchases

Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue correctly identifying new subscriptions due to some recent changes in the database. We are working on correcting this issue. We see that this issue has not yet affected your payback from previous
months, but will have an impact on your payback for April. Once we have a resolution for this problem, we will review the users affected and adjust as necessary by creating a duplicate event to reflect the double amount back that Gold members are entitled
to. Please note that this may cause you to see one payback event at 5%, and then a duplicate event once we resolve this issue. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience, and hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible. If you are curious why your

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

It doesn't count if you already had the game or preordered the game before the reward came out. Purchase must be through the punch card for it to count.

Not worth it though, its not an additional 6000 on top of the purchase points you already get for buying it ( which is just under 6000 ) .

at least that was my case with another game I bought for the 6000 reward punchcard, phoenix rising. Regular purchase reward points were not awarded, only the 6000 from the punch card was.

Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and pre-orders don't count towards VIP. Anything else is eligible so the bundle and any games that are on sale will count. If you do purchase a game that is eligible for another offer on the site at the time, the purchase
will count towards that offer instead of your rebate, but will count towards your VIP progress.

Ok Thankyou so if I'm understanding correctly, as long as the bundle doesn't qualify towards another ongoing 'mission' on my rewards, I get the rebate value. I can't get the my mission progress and the rebate at the same time?

Unfortunately no. Past purchases can't be counted toward rewards points.

Hi lfomariano. Only purchases made in your Xbox Live Rewards currency counts towards the program. Since your purchases were not made in the same region, they do not count towards offers.
