Rewards does not recognize my GOLD

Discus and support Rewards does not recognize my GOLD in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Dear Support, In my Rewards panel, the information I am not GOLD.     Rewards does not recognize my GOLD


    Dear Support,

    In my Rewards panel, the information I am not GOLD. But I am GOLD and I think my purchases are being marked as 5% and not as 10% (correct).

    Could you help me ? And the purchases I'm making, will I lose my GOLD status?

    I'd subscribe gold since end of 2016 and, also, made some purchases in my account through my console.

    Otherwise, when I try to obtain information using Rewards website, system does not recognize my Gold subscription in my profile and, not consider any rewards.

    Apologies for the confusion. There is currently an issue where new subscriptions are not being properly recognized due to some changes on our system. We are working on correcting this issue. This has not yet affected your MyVIP payback from previous months,
    but will impact your April payback that is occurring shortly. Once we have a fix for this issue, we will go back and review the affected users, and if necessary, duplicate your April payback event to reflect the double percent back you should receive as a
    Gold member. This may cause you to briefly see see a 5% payback event for April, and then two 5% payback events once a fix is applied. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

    Error in gold status

    We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:
