Rewards didn't deposit due to billing information error

    Rewards didn't deposit due to billing information error


    I have some reward points pending in my account but it didn't deposit due to some error. Please fix my account or transfer it to my new account whose gamer tag is "AKM2OO9". Please help

    Please check your account information so we can make a deposit.. rewards and billing info is set for Canada, still getting error can't get a deposit....

    Please check your account information so we can make a deposit. This is the error message I get. Both my profile and billing info are set in Canada....no idea why it causes this error to deposit my rewards.
