You should see progress on your extra star offer shortly. Thank you for assisting our investigation with your purchase method. If you are asking regarding your Credits, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

We are investigating this purchase. Can you confirm whether you made this purchase from your console, or from a different source, like from a personal computer using the Store app?

i purchased it directly from Konsole. And it was in the new releases list. I looked exactly because I have had to wait till release for that shiny star

Additional: just looked in rewards. Normal points are not counted, too.

mine have not counted either, this month or last. i finished the franken rewards, but my achievements didn't count
