Discus and support Rewards Deposits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; My regions are correct. My bank info is correct. My address/billing info is correct.     Rewards Deposits


    My regions are correct.

    My bank info is correct.

    My address/billing info is correct.

    I can see that it's been over a year since originally running into my rewards not being deposited and posting; my pending rewards go back to 31AUG2015
    and in mere days it will be 2017. I have over 160,000 rewards points pending the rewards page shows I've spent over $1,100 since that time, at what point will this issue be addressed? Amazingly I still get rewards points from the Windows side or when
    Xbox issues other forms of cash rewards.

    The most frustrating aspects of all of this has been the lack of transparency regarding what happened and then the how it will be corrected and those of us affected will have working accounts again.

    microsoft balance and xbox live reward deposit refund

    If you check your digital returns at
    http://commerce.microsoft.com
    it should show you if it is deposits from the rewards program. You can also check your rewards statement on the MyRewards section of the rewards site for when deposits took place. If they took place at the same time as the
    deposits on the billing site, then those are definitely from your rewards deposits.

    Currency from the rewards program will expire one year after the deposit if it's not used.

    There is no word on if/when the program will shut down.

    Hi NavNucST3. The issue that is reported to us is the billable account we have for you is not the primary account associated with your Microsoft account. Unfortunately, this deposit issue is still unresolved. It has been escalated to the Microsoft Payment
    Operations team to resolve. Once it is fixed, we will make a deposit to your account. Sorry for the inconveniences.
