    Rewards deposits aren't going through.


    My rewards deposits are not going through. I got a message that said to review my billing information and that if it was correct to post here for help. I reviewed it and everything is correct. I really want my rewards points. Oh, and I also ordered a custom
    controller ftom the design lab and I haven't seen the 15,000 bonus points yet. Please help. Thank you.

    I have updated all my info and have confirmed with Microsoft Support that all the information on there end is correct.

    I have pending points from all the way back to July.

    If you could help, that would be awesome!

    I originally created a thread on the Xbox Live Rewards Forums about 4 months ago which appears to have been removed from this site, however a Google search found the post here:

    I'm still having this issue and having received an email about Xbox Live rewards logged in to see that all my points that were pending have now just vanished - I can't even remember how many there were, but there were enough for a deposit which I didn't
    get due to the system saying my account info was out of date - it wasn't as your reply in the link above confirms. Can I please have an update on this? I think waiting 4 months is patient enough and now all my points have gone too, not happy to say the least.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a
    database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for
    your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Regarding your controller Credits, there was a delay receiving purchase information from our MicrosoftStore.com team. We have now received these purchases, and you should see the Credits pending in the next 1-3 days.

    We still see the pending Credits in your account. This can be viewed from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Unfortunately, we have still not received absolute confirmation of a resolution from our other team at this current time. We apologize for the inconvenience that this delay is causing. However, since the deposit error is being caused by a database that is
    outside of the control of our program, we must await further instruction from the team working on this error's resolution.

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Mexican Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will
    not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still
    being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
