Rewards deposited according to MS account but balance not showing

To whom it may concern,

I am hoping someone can let me know why funds aren't appearing in my MS wallet on the account.microsoft.com or on Xbox. It shows in the order history as deposited on the 12th but no balance is present.

Credits not deposited / no early deposit button?

My account is showing 30,000 XBL Rewards credits as of the 4th Jan 2017 but they weren't automatically deposited into my MS account on the 15th. I also don't have the button appearing to request an early deposit?

Xbox Rewards Credits Haven't Deposited

On 5/4/18 I earned 10,000 Xbox Rewards Credits, and it did show up in the MyCredits section. According to your description it should have deposited into my Microsoft account as funds on the 15th. It is now the 20th and it has still
not deposited my total balance of 10,250, which is equivalent to $10.25 USD. Please, could someone from Xbox Rewards support help me, before the program is completely transfered? Thank you.

We see a successful deposit of 10,000 Credits (10 USD) into your account on the 12th, as well as a successful deposit of currency into your Microsoft Account of this amount, where they are listed on your commerce page (Billing help - Microsoft account)
as a refund with a negative amount. However, if you believe that these funds are not there, you will unfortunately have to reach out to Xbox Billing Support (support.xbox.com/contact-us) for more information. Once Credits are deposited, we no longer have any
control over them.

The credit would have been added to your Microsoft account balance. You can check for the deposit by checking your returns at
http://commerce.microsoft.com It might show as an Xbox Rewards deposit even though it's not actually from the Rewards program.

Any rewards credits you had would be deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency unless there is an issue depositing into your account. Then they would be added as Microsoft points. You'll want to check
http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it shows any deposits. It would be listed in your refunds.

Xbox/Microsoft currency redeemed from the rewards program are automatically deposited into the accounts balance. They do not provide a separate code. Check the account balance of the account that redeemed the rewards points.

You can check your transactions at
http://commerce.microsoft.com This will show any deposits to your account as well as any transactions afterwards that would show if you used them.

When credits are deposited into your account they are added as currency in your Microsoft account balance. So you would use your Microsoft account balance as your payment method.
