Rewards Deposit

It's been over a month since I notified this problem, and I've been told the same response over and over. I really believe this problem should already be fixed, I am supposed to have 60,000 rewards credits deposited into my account, and since it's taken
this long and it seems like the other team that is working on this problem is not going to get it done, can you guys just send me some Microsoft store gift code that equals the amount of the rewards credits?

If you check your digital returns at
http://commerce.microsoft.com it should show you if it is deposits from the rewards program. You can also check your rewards statement on the MyRewards section of the rewards site for when deposits took place. If they took place at the same time as the
deposits on the billing site, then those are definitely from your rewards deposits.

Currency from the rewards program will expire one year after the deposit if it's not used.

There is no word on if/when the program will shut down.
