rewards deposit not recieved

I remember a few people saying an early deposit will be recieved on 12th. 3,250 credits and I asked for them, rewards page has it down as deposited but I have not received, thanks

I need help i requested deposite for points and never recieved them

hi i tried to request a deposit for xbox rewards points i accumulated and never recieved them please help 5200 on 26/10/16 and 4200 points on 08/06/16 i have not recieved these and would like it if someone can help me

I did not receive my Xbox Live Rewards points

It takes time for them to deposit, it's not an over night thing. Give it a few days and everything should be fine. Now as far as your other statement are you saying you've never recieved your rewards points? How long have you been a member of the Rewards
program?

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You have already spent this deposit on a purchase of FIFA points.

All rewards over 5,000 take 1 cycle to deposit. Rewards deposited between the 1st and 15th deposit at the end of the month and the 16th and 30th/31st are deposited in the middle of the following month.

snap it states once you have reach a total of 5,000 each 5,000 will automatically be deposited at the 15th or 30th of each month i have 14,500 and mine same again was supposed to of been deposited by today yet america is 5 hrs ahead of uk gb yet still its
15th its almost 7pm and still nothing no sign of my reward points either let alone my points or vip rewards that i have not recieved since 2014 yup lived and raged and annoyed so can totally see where your coming from aswell id like to know when reward points

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is
