Rewards deposit not posting to my account

I was sent here from MS chat support. My reference # is 1423533853.

I had accumulated some VIP gems, and the vault was recently restocked so I took advantage of it and cashed in enough gems for 2, 10,000 point rewards and 2, 5,000 point rewards for a total of 30,000 points. I did this on May 5, 2018. Those rewards now
show as pending on my rewards page (along with 250 points for the latest survey).

The rewards are supposed to be transferred around the 15th and the 30th of each month, although in my experience, rewards just randomly appear. As an example, on May 8, 2018, I received a rewards deposit of $6.85. That reduced my balance from 37,100 to
30,250.

When will I receive the credits for the gems I cashed in?

We see that there may be an issue with your Gears of War purchase, and are investigating. However, you mention "all the time", but this is the only game pre-order we see. Can you provide any rough dates for your other pre-orders?

The credits would be scheduled for deposit at the end of the month.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. The credits you had deposited recently would have been credits you earned before May 1.

That's fine. I understand that portion of it. I guess I should have added one more thing. There used to be an option to request a deposit. It no longer appears on the rewards page. Has that option been removed?

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
for deposit so it is no longer necessary to request one.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

Rewards credits are automatically deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Or if you have at least 1,000 pending, but less than 5,000, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards
section of the rewards site and they will be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

but it says that the rewards are automatically put into the account and i got a lifetime saving of 11.000+ and nothing has been put into my account
