    Rewards deposit discrepancy


    Hi, just wondering if someone could help, got rewards statement email that states I had credits deposited, but the balance in my account doesn't match the amount my statement says I should of received, and yes I have adjusted for conversion to my local currency,
    but it doesn't add up to what I should have. Thanks in advance for any help you could give me.

    since 2015 says reached star one VIP and have credits and since nothing yet i have made purchases renewed and done many other reward criteria and getting none. What is going on this is crazy went 7 years not one issue yet since Oct of 2016 it has just been
    back to back with Xbox and my account having issues. I need someone to look into this ASAP.

    Hello WPack RoMe1018,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration
    every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero
    star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    No, I was only credited today, and haven't made any purchases since, but the amount in currency doesn't tally with the supposed rebate for the past month. The only thing I can think of is if the amount in credits includes last month's rebate. Thanks btw

    We recently performed our yearly Credit exchange rates, which caused you to be rewarded at a rate of 4 GBP per 5000 Credits instead of 3 GBP per 5000 Credits. This resulted in you receiving more than expected. We are currently in the process of updating
    the FAQ to reflect these recent changes. Apologies for the confusion.

    My 15,000 points aren't transferring

    All rewards over 5,000 take 1 cycle to deposit. Rewards deposited between the 1st and 15th deposit at the end of the month and the 16th and 30th/31st are deposited in the middle of the following month.
