Rewards Deposit did not show up in my MS account

Hello,

I was supposed to receive an Xbox Live Rewards deposit of $13 on 09/28/2016. I see this refund in my MS account, order number 567453557987946807, but the actual $13 isn't available. My balance on my MS account is still at zero. I tried to contact MS support
about this, but they claimed they couldn't do anything to help and recommended I use this forum.

Missing rewards deposit

My most recent xbox rewards deposit never showed up in my account balance. i'd like to know why it didn't show up?

Points Deposit Button Missing

Hi,

On my rewards account the button to request an early deposit is missing. I've tried my account on my phone and Xbox One and it doesn't show up on either. Any help would be appreciated.

Double check your transactions after that date to see if the credits were already used. Rewards deposits are listed as a refund so it is showing your credits were deposited. Once your credits are deposited, the Rewards program is no longer able to do anything
with the credits. If you're still not seeing anything that could have used the currency, or still having issues using the currency, you would need to contact Xbox support and speak to billing again.

Unfortunately, once Credits have been deposited, we can no longer take any action on them. As Smwutches says, you would have to continue dialogue with the Microsoft Support team. They forwarded you here since we are the primary contact for Rewards issues.
However, once the deposit has successfully been completed, you would have to reach out for billing support in order to clarify any deposits. However, we can confirm that our system is reporting a successful deposit into your account.

the reward credits will show on your xbox live rewards section in a few days, that is if you have signed up the the rewards program, they normally convert and deposit into your live account twice per month, but to get a deposit you need to have at least
5000 reward points.

If you mean microsoft rewards points they are deposited only to the account that is on ms rewards

You csn then gift the membership to another account

That's partially correct, but points are not deposited quarterly.

It takes up to 96 hours for points to show as pending in your Rewards account. Once pending, rewards are deposited around the 15th of the following month after you have earned at least 100 points.
