Discus and support Rewards Credits will be converted to local currency. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have 6,250 credit s out of 5,000 in February and it should have deposited them at the end of February.     Rewards Credits will be converted to local currency.


    I have 6,250 credit s out of 5,000 in February and it should have deposited them at the end of February. The web site says 6,500 of 5,000 still in March. I have no way to even make a early deposit request the credits as well. Can you redeem the credits of
    me and fix the early deposit as well?

    13250 Credits not converting.

    It's now the 30th of March and my Rewards Credits have not converted to my local currency. What's up with that?

    Xbox Live Rewards Not Posting

    I have over 11,000 rewards credits to be converted into local currency. However, they are not being converted and posted to my account and there is no button to click to request an early deposit. Please help.

    Rewards Credits will be converted to local currency.

    Credits are deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if
    you earned your credits after the 15th of February, they should be deposited in the next few days.

    Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled for a deposit
    so there is no longer a need to request one.

    We have just performed the mid-month deposit. Your available pending Credits were deposited. Since your survey event on March 3rd just occurred, it was not available for that deposit, and is still pending.

    The 8,700 Credits are your lifetime Credit amount. It is also the amount you received as your deposit. Since these Credits were deposited, they were converted from Rewards Credits into currency and placed into your Microsoft Account to spend. From our FAQ:

    What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

    Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the funds you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, they will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account. Then, you can head
    over to the Xbox Store to purchase your favorite games, TV shows, movies, and much more!

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
