Rewards credits used but no item recieved

A few days ago (15th/02/2018) I used approximately £8+ of Xbox rewards credit and my debit card to purchase 2400 R6 Credits (With the +270 Extra offer) for the price of £15.99 from the in game store on Rainbow Six Siege.

While the reward money was removed and my card charged i have yet to receive either the credits or a confirmation email.

I have opened up a support request with Ubisoft but they require either the confirmation email or my microsoft transaction history to act.

Is it possible to show the point where my reward credits were removed so i can prove my case to Ubisoft?

Missing credits

I redeemed gems I had earned on Xbox Live Rewards for 10000 rewards credits, 5000 rewards credits, a Forza outfit and a Gwent background. I recieved the outfit and background but never recieved the credits.

reward items missing

i used my vip gems on the reward page to collect MyVIP Vault 5,000 Rewards Credits x 2

but ive not recieved them why not ive waited 6 days now

Those are for gems which are not the same as rewards credits.

So what are the gems? As in the email it states that they will be transferred across to microsoft reward credits. I thought it had some affect on the rewards I recieve?

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

The Credits for completing that portion of the offer were placed as pending yesterday. For reference, a log of your Credits can be found in the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships. If it's been over the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check into it for you.
