Rewards credits still pending part 2

First thanks for all of your help trying to get my rewards sorted out, One of the questions was had I changed my gamertag recently and yes I did for about 1 day, since then it has been the that it has been for the 9 years on xbox live.

So I redeemed everything on MARCH 20th , They were not deposited on "The 30th of each month" in fact today is April 6th and they are STILL sitting there waiting to be deposited....of course if I redeem something on the 29th I would not expect the system
to be that fast that wouldn't be fair, but as I said I redeemed on March 20th and on April 6th you can see for yourself they are still sitting there...I also have another 784 gems that I would like to redeem that I cannot because anything that would put money
in my Microsoft wallet says "sold out" , I would appreciate it if Microsoft would stand by what they said they would do. There isn't even a button that would allow me to request they deposit.

Some of us have spent many years and a lot of money getting to the levels we are, I have been a rewards member since 2010 - 8 years now and god knows how much money, its bad enough that all that was essentially for nothing when this program ends but at least
could take care of us before it ends and not make something "Sold out" when there is no way possible it can be "Sold out' as it what I was to turn gems in for is credits in my wallet....all this used to be so easy...refunds used to be put in wallet consistently
and now it just seems dishonest to say reward cards are sold out when it isn't possible, I am wasting both your time and my time over something that neither one of us should have to waste our time on, Thank you for your time and getting my deposits taken care

Hello.

I ask you about "Throwback Thursday Rewards".

It have punched 1 of 4 "Bonus Reward punchcard" in the page "MyMissions", Should it punch 2 of 4?

It shows "Pending Credits" in the page "MyRewards";

07/12/17 - Throwback Thursday Rewards - July Week 2 (1,000 Rewards Credits) - 1,000 Credits

06/15/17 - Throwback Thursday Rewards - June Week 3 (1,500 Rewards Credits) - 1,500 Credits

Please help I am not receiving rewards and still have pending credits going back 2_3 years?

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Since you have been scheduled for a deposit, there is no reason to request one, so that button has been removed. We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with the program. We'll take your sentiment and feedback and provide it to the appropriate team.
We update the vault with new items and restocking popular ones on a regular basis, so be sure to check back often.

Since your 10,000 Vault Credits were only placed as pending at the beginning of this month, they were not a part of your recent deposit. They will be a part of your end of month deposit, as specified above.

Microsoft rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? The 2 programs are separate.

if you mean Xbox rewards credits, it depends on how many you have. Credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So it can depend on how long it takes you to earn the credits.

Since your Credits from your Games on Demand and MyVIP payback were placed as pending before the 15th of March, they were a part of the end of March deposit. As stated above, since your Vault Credit were pending after the 15th, they would be a part of the
mid-April deposit.

The Credits are currently pending in your Rewards Account. Keep in mind that pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending
on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your Credits which were placed as pending around the end of last month will be a part of the mid-month deposit. For reference, pending Credits can be seen
on the MyRewards page.

Also, in case you were unaware, our program only performs deposits around the middle and end of the month.
