Rewards Credits still not fixed

Discus and support Rewards Credits still not fixed in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Its been over 2 years and my account still hasn't been fixed. I am aware that there is an issue that support is working on but 2 years? Can my credits...     Its been over 2 years and my account still hasn't been fixed. I am aware that there is an issue that support is working on but 2 years?

    Can my credits be deposited in my account? or crate a new account?

    Fix my rewards

    2 months ago i asked for my xbox rewards credits to be deposited still not done got told theres an issue with my account and it needed to be fixed why is it not done yet?

    Purchased Forza Motorsport 6 on Nov 12, no credit for YOLO reward

    I purchased Forza Motorsport 6 on Nov 12 and still no credit for the YOLO mission reward. Received credit for the avatar items that were purchased the same day. How do I get this fixed?

    Hi RandMan. Unfortunately, there is not yet a resolution to the deposit issue you are having. The Payment Operations team is working on it. Once there is a fix, we will make a deposit to your account. Sorry for the inconveniences.

    There are still many reward credit not converted for. So you made a mistake rewards8. I request 50,000 reward credit to make up for those credits not converted and for VIP errors.

    Cant purchase anything off the store

    PBR9039 - Fixed.

    I have both an Xbox One and Xbox 360. I tried to use the MS credit on my Xbox One repeatedly and got this error. I then purchased something on the Xbox 360 and was able to use the credit. I used all of the credit balance and then paid for the rest with my
    credit card. The credit balance is now zero on both consoles so I am back to using only my credit card for purchases. I'm guessing that when you get reward credits, Xbox somehow distinguishes between reward credits for the Xbox 360 and reward credits for the
    Xbox One. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.
