Rewards Credits Overdue

Discus and support Rewards Credits Overdue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've had 27,000 rewards credits pending in my account since last week and the date they were to be deposited by was yesterday.     Rewards Credits Overdue


    I've had 27,000 rewards credits pending in my account since last week and the date they were to be deposited by was yesterday. Any help on this matter would be appreciated, thank you

    My Reward Credits have not deposited into my account and it is now 2 days past day.

    I have 24,000 reward credits that are in my account at the moment. They were deposit earlier this month and were supposed to auto deposit on the 15th. It is now the 17th and it is 2 DAYS overdue. Please help me get these reward credits coverted/redeemed
    into my account so I may use them like I am supposed to. If I have to wait till April I would like to talk to someone that can fix this quickly.

    it says i have a £5 bill to pay but i dont want to type in my credut card details.... how do i pay for this

    If it's a charge that is overdue, you would have to pay it either by credit card or Paypal.

    Since you earned them last week, they would be scheduled for the deposit on March 15. There was no deposit schedules for March 2.

    Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between
    the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    No. Overdue balances can only be paid via credit card/Paypal. You can't add a prepaid card while you have an overdue balance.
