Rewards Credits offer problem

Hi, today I bought the Battlefield 1/ Titanfall 2 game combo. A short time after buying the combo I received and email from Xbox live rewards saying that if I spend over £36 on content then I would receive 6000 points. I checked the FAQ for this offer and
it says that to be eligible I would need to click "activate offer" before buying content. Had I received the the email earlier I would have been able to follow the instructions of this offer. Will I get the 6000 points since I have met the requirements although
I didn't activate the offer?

If you are thinking about buying gold then do it with my referral as you can get 5,000 XBL reward credits. What do I get? I get 1,000 credits if you buy gold when I refer you.

Xbox Live Reward credits can be deposited into your local currency after you get 1,000. You also get exclusive offers sometimes and can get thing cheaper. There are also offers that will earn you credits like pre-ordering games. more info is here: Xbox Live Rewards

Just to make clear as I know some people get confused this is a referral to buy gold. Not to sign up to xbox live rewards.

Only purchases made while opted in to this offer are eligible for the offer. If you did not opt in until after your purchase, it would not have qualified. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to see new activity, so we have not yet received that

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. The 50,000 credit offer was only given to select Rewards members. If you were not chosen for that offer, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits.

As stated in our FAQ:

What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to £3.

Therefore, the 6000 Credit reward from the Simply Rewarding offer would be roughly 3.6 GBP. Your MyVIP star level will not have an effect on Credits from completing offers. It is only for general MyVIP payback.

Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.

The 9365 is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. Gamerscore is earned by getting achievements in games. Rewards credits are earned by completing offers in the Rewards program.
