Rewards credits not showing up

For the simply rewarding offer, I pre-ordered Ghost Recon Wildlands to get my 6,000 credits but they're not showing up in my pending credits section, it just says I have none..?

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

Hi, I ordered an xbox one s with battfield 1 bundle and was supposed to get 50,000 reward credits, it's been 26 days now and still have yet to see the credits, please help/explain/something

It takes us up to 96 hours to process new purchase information. Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early to see that purchase being processed and Rewarded.

The £5 you added to your account will not show up as Rewards credits. Only credits you have earned from other offers on the site will show up.

Rewards Credits showed up in my balance. Consider this matter closed.

If you have credit from rewards or other promotions it shows up separately, as that credit expires, while credit you added yourself with money will never expire
