Rewards Credits not showing up for April purchases

I never received rewards credits for my April purchases. Just wanted to find out if this was a known issue or only happening to me.

Not receiving credits

hi there, my April spending does not appear to have been credited to my rewards, only showing 250 credits for the survey but not for my purchases in April, can you check this please.

 

credits missing for April

I have no credits showing for any of the purchases made for the month of April. I have received all the rewards from previous months, but the April credits where I have spent over 480.00 have not been credited to me. I am at the top tier of the rewards brackets
so there should be enough purchases by those standards alone to have been a credit deposited. Please let me know what has happened. If you want the exact numbers I will be happy to get you a print out of the microsoft transaction page showing the purchases
from april 1st to april 30th.

There is currently a delay with April's rebate as they fix another issue.

 

Okay, no problem. Is there any timeline yet for when they will have a fix?
