Rewards credits not posting a please force deposit

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. While they have been able to provide occasional deposits like the one you received in June, at
the current time they have not yet provided us with an estimate on when this problem will be fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

pending.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So it depends on when the credits became pending as to when they are scheduled for a deposit.
