Rewards credits not in account.

Discus and support Rewards credits not in account. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have over 50,000 rewards credits and they were supposed to go into my account yesterday and they have not gone into my account whats wrong here?...     I have over 50,000 rewards credits and they were supposed to go into my account yesterday and they have not gone into my account whats wrong here?

    Rewards program will not put reward credits in my account, I have over 12,000 credits.

    Rewards credits not in account.

    There was no deposit scheduled for the 15th. The first deposit for this month took place on the 12th.

    Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
    by the 15th of the next month.

    Hello Splintercell834,

    I can confirm Smwutches' statement. Since the Credit event that scheduled you for an automatic deposit occurred on the third of this month, you should expect it to be deposited in the end of month deposit cycle.

    Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.
    Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

    Need help with Xbox Rewards.

    With the rewards program you can earn rewards credits for completing offers. All offers are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site. Once you earn credits, they are added as pending to your rewards account. Credits are deposited into your Microsoft
    account as currency by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. If you have at least 1,000 pending (but less than 5,000) You can request a deposit and the credits will be deposited on the date listed on the site
    at the time that you make the request.
