    Hello,

    I have purchased my xbox one S from microsoft store on November 25, 2016, however I did not get the 50,000 credits as promised. I also had a xbox live/gold account since 2010 and still have an xbox 360, so technically this was an upgrade.

    why have my reward credits not been deposited

    hi i have 16000 reward credits which should of been deposited by the 15th may. I'm worried that my credits will not be deposited before the change to Microsoft rewards. Could I please have my 16000 reward credits deposited as soon as possible thank you

    Hi eNgiNe9 B0G. Your enrollment date to Xbox Live Rewards was December 8, 2016 and your purchase was made prior to that so you do not qualify for the offer. You had to be a member at the time of purchase.
