rewards credits not deposited when they supposed to and no date or button to request transfer

yes ive been fighting over 4 days to find out how to get my credits converted into my microsoft account i currently have 31,089 credits which is $31 in money, i already have a billing address ive been a xbox user for almost 12 years, simple stuff like this
not being handled is no excuse for a company like microsoft, you impliment a system and people work hard to earn rewards and get screwed over for weeks to months at a time, ive talked to support they have me contact rewards team, i contact rewards team i get
told talk to customer support people cant do their job and it is becoming very frustrating to me wheh this is such a simple thing to be done, so how long do i gotta wait????

Xbox live rewards credits not deposited and no early request button to be seen

i have 18,000 rewards credits and they have not been deposited, there is no early request button, and it just says that it will be deposited between the 15th and the 30th, but i would like to get them deposited now, or at least know when they are going to
deposited. please help me!

 

Rewards Credits Deposit Date

Yes and no. Credits are automatically scheduled to be deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. You can request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits in order to have them deposited
before needing to have 5,000 pending first, but they are never deposited instantly. They would just be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you make the request. Either way, deposits are only ever made around the 15th and 30th
of the month. There is no way to have them deposited at any other time and nowhere on the Rewards site does it say you can have them deposited instantly.

Xbox support does not handle the rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding the program. This is from the program's FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits?



Rewards Credits will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending until a quantity
of 5,000 is reached.

What if I want my Rewards Credits, but I don't have 5,000 accumulated?



If you reach 1,000 Rewards Credits or more but don't have the 5,000 Credits needed to automatically trigger a deposit, a 'Request Deposit' button will appear on your MyRewards page.
Click the button to request your credits, which will be deposited into your Microsoft account by the next scheduled deposit date.
Check out the progress bar at the top of your MyRewards page to see your Credits progress.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
