I have 13,239 credits that should have been converted and transferred to my account today, but have not been yet.

why have my reward credits not been deposited

hi i have 16000 reward credits which should of been deposited by the 15th may. I'm worried that my credits will not be deposited before the change to Microsoft rewards. Could I please have my 16000 reward credits deposited as soon as possible thank you

Deposit Credit

Hello:

If I claimed credits on May 31, they are deposited today June 15 or deposited on June 30. I have 11,000 credits.

There is no deposit scheduled for today. The first deposit for this month took place on the 9th. Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited
at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If the credits were pending before May 1, you would want to post in the support section of this forum so support can check into it for you.

If you don't redeem the gems by June 15, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

If you have any pending credits by May 31, 2018, they will be deposited into your account as currency by the end of June. If there is an issue depositing credits into your account, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

The Credits were placed as pending into your account yesterday, which is within the expected 15 days. You may wish to check your MyStatement on your MyRewards page, where the Credits are displayed as pending. They should be converted and deposited into your
account with the end of month deposit.

I believe you may be looking at your Microsoft Rewards Credits. The console upgrade offer was done through the Xbox Live Rewards program, which will place Rewards Credits into your account. These Credits will be placed as pending 15 days after your shipping
date. They will remain there until the next available deposit date, which occurs bi-monthly. At that point, they will be placed as currency into your Microsoft Account.

Credits for the controller should show as pending about 15 days after the controller shipped. If you don't receive it after the 15 days, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

The request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you have over 5,000, they are already scheduled for
a deposit. If you earn the credits before the 15th, they should be deposited on the 29th.
